Measure your wrist below the wrist bone with a cloth tape measure. Or you can use a strip of paper: wrap the strip of paper around your wrist and mark where the paper completes the circumference of your wrist. Then measure that section with a ruler. Choose a bracelet with the size 1/2 inch larger than your wrist size for a snug fit or 1 inch larger than your wrist size for a looser fit.
Care Tips for Over-the-Wrist Bracelets: To keep your stretch bracelet in tip-top shape, roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible. Don't overstretch! Stretch cord should be kept out of prolonged exposure to water, both hot and cold. Take your bracelet off before showering or swimming.
